At that moment, I understood that no one had been deceived by a criminal or dishonest realtor. They had simply entered a beautiful house and decided it belonged to them. I could have ended the situation immediately, but my family had spent years treating my silence as permission. So I continued helping. For two hours, I placed Kelsey\u2019s dishes inside my cabinets, carried blankets into my bedrooms, and listened while her family planned how to use my rooms. My father eventually pulled me aside.<\/p>\n
