The mediator documented Henry\u2019s admission, and my lawyer submitted it with the photographs, messages, hoodie, and counselor\u2019s report. The court temporarily suspended Henry\u2019s unsupervised parenting time while the case was reviewed. Brooke was prohibited from contacting Mary.<\/p>\n

Henry\u2019s mother then stood and apologized.<\/p>\n

\u201cI kept saying I didn\u2019t want to choose sides because I wanted peace. But by refusing to choose, I left you alone with adults who were wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her apology mattered because she did not ask Mary to forgive her or pretend the damage was smaller than it was.<\/p>\n
