A late night phone call during my Seattle work trip changed my entire life. I was standing in a hotel hallway when investigators asked for Abigail Thompson and explained my six year old son Hunter had uncovered a startling situation in Phoenix. My mother Adela and my sister Bertha were supposed to watch him for three days. Instead Hunter had wandered into a locked backyard shed and triggered an unexpected police investigation.
